You're eligible to notify us of a return and replacement of items within 3 working days for Nigerian customers and 30 working days for international customers.

Items that have squeezed or broken packages, and seals, are not eligible for returns and exchange.

Items that have mark lines, dirt, and makeup on the package are not eligible for return.

Any tapes or glue found on the item box will result in being refused and no exchange or replacement will be issued.
